Former Alias writers Josh Applebaum and Andre Nemec have penned the script for the next Mission: Impossible flick, which J.J. Abrams will produce and Brad Bird (Iron Giant, Incredibles) will direct. Now, word is Paramount is worried about MI-4, after “Knight and Day” tanked at the box office, so much so that they have asked for a rewrite of the script. Let’s hope they stick with Josh and Andre’s script, which has gotten lots of good buzz.
